05 · Questions
The eight everybody asks.
Will it open on my machine?
You get a PowerPoint file (.pptx) and a PDF copy. The .pptx opens in PowerPoint 2016 or newer on Windows or Mac, and in Keynote on a Mac or iPad; animation and the classroom game need PowerPoint. The ready-made templates use Morph transitions, which play in PowerPoint 2019 or newer and Microsoft 365; older versions show a simple fade instead. The PDF opens anywhere, even on a projector PC with nothing installed.
Which package do I need?
Your content is already written and you want it designed cleanly: Essential Design, $29 for up to 20 slides. You also want animation and a classroom game built from your topic: Custom, $59 for up to 30 slides. Not sure? Start with Essential; the order form lets you add a game for $20.
I need more than 20 slides but only want Essential.
That is fine. Each slide above 20 is $2, so 25 slides is $39, still with 2 revision rounds. Move to Custom only if you also want animation and a game.
How long does it take?
The first draft arrives within 48 hours and the final deck within 3 days, counted once your deposit, your full content and your approved style board are in. Time waiting for your feedback does not count. Same day is possible as a $7 rush, when my schedule allows.
How do I pay?
By card, on this site, through Whop's secure card form. For a deck you pay 50% right after sending your brief and the other 50% at delivery, through a link I email you. A template is paid in full when you buy it. If I can't take your order, the deposit comes back in full.
What if I do not like it?
You approve a style board before the full deck is designed, and that is where most mismatches get caught. After that, Essential includes 2 revision rounds and Custom 3; extra rounds are $7 each. A round is one combined list of changes. A new topic, mostly new content, a completely different style or extra slides are not revisions and are quoted first. A file that doesn't open or work is fixed free, outside your rounds. Once work has started there are no refunds; the work gets fixed instead, as the refund policy explains.
Can I see a template before I buy?
Yes. Every deck in Templates has a preview video: point at one to play it, or click or tap it to watch it full size before you pay $12.
Do I get anything for coming back?
Yes, twice over. Every purchase stamps your 10-stamp card: +1 for a template, +2 for a deck, plus 5 bonus stamps on your first purchase. A full card is a free template or $10 credit, and stamps last 60 days after your last purchase. After a completed order you also get a Pass the Deck code: friends save 10% on their first order, and you earn $3 credit for each one.
